Healthy Chicken Salad

It’s one of those dishes that you regret buying store-bought, and yet you rarely ever make it at home. Store-bought chicken salad is always loaded with mayonnaise and never really tastes like what you hoped it would. Ditch the grocery store brand or expensive restaurant tub! Here is a SIMPLE recipe that will take less than 30 minutes to cook, prep, and serve. By replacing mayo with greek yogurt, you cut back on the fat, while still keeping the tang intact.
