How to Make the Perfect Cup of Coffee

Coffee is my lifeblood.

It’s one of my favorite parts of my daily routine. I love waking up in the morning knowing I am going to indulge in a piping hot cup of coffee. No matter what my day brings, I know that coffee will be an integral part of it. However, people can be very headstrong and adamant about how they like their coffee prepared.

Cold-brew. French Press. Drip.
AeroPress. Chemex. Espresso.

The variety of ways a person can make their daily cup (or cups) of coffee is astronomical, but there is a method to the madness. Some methods are stronger, sweeter, and/or richer than others. This summer try living on the wild side.

Prepare your coffee in a new way you’ve never tried before. Make it with or without the help of appliances. Buy coffee from a country you’ve always wanted to visit. Consider purchasing fair trade for a change.

Live adventurously and see how it changes your daily coffee routine.

Also if you didn’t already love coffee with all your heart and soul, a new study was just released by the Annals of Internal Medicine that demonstrated coffee consumption is associated with living longer compared to those who don’t consume coffe.

My love for coffee only seems to grow with time.
