Valentine’s Day is known for being that day where you give the ones you love something store-bought. Whether it’s candy shaped like a heart stuffed with caramel or teddy bears and stuffed animals decorated with hearts and kisses, drug stores and grocery stores have aisle after aisle of pre-packaged “I Love You” gifts.
