How to Order a Healthier Starbucks Pumpkin Cold Brew

For those of us currently in the fall spirit but not yet experiencing those autumnal temperatures, I’ve got a Starbucks hack for you. Ditch the hot PSL and try the Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam Cold Brew! Not only is it iced (PRAISE THE LAMB!), but it’s also packed with all the fall flavor. Traditionally though, this drink comes in at 250 calories for the grande with 31 grams of sugar, which is more than the daily recommended amount of sugar for females… So last year, I decided to concoct a healthier version of the Pumpkin Cold Foam Cold Brew with all the same flavor, but less of the junk.

How to Order

1. Order a Grande Cold Foam Cold Brew
2. ask for TWO (2) pumps of PUMPKIN SPICE SAUCE added to the cold brew
3. ask for THREE (3) pumps of the SUGAR-FREE VANILLA SYRUP added to the cold foam
