Let it be known, I am no expert when it comes to bible resources. I’m just a 20-something female who loves Jesus and enjoys new ways to deepen my relationship with him. Over the past couple of years, I’ve tried a lot of different resources that have really helped nurture my faith. I’ve broken it down into three categories: daily devotionals, one year bibles, and bible studies. Here are my top picks whether you’re new to the faith or a deeply rooted woman of the word…

Let’s start with some daily devotionals! There is no better way to deepen your faith than to commit to reading from God’s word daily. The more we immerse ourselves in God’s love letter to creation, the more we will fall head over heals in love with our creator. The only one I don’t have is The Songs of Jesus by Timothy Keller, but it’s on my wish list!

This year, I was convicted. I’m 26 years old and have yet to read the bible from start to finish. I call myself a Christian and yet I haven’t even read the entire book that I base my faith on. My hope this year is that I can successfully read the bible, all 66 books. It won’t be easy to commit to it daily, but I know that increasing my knowledge and understanding of God’s word will help strengthen my faith. I’m reading from the Daily Walk Bible currently and am loving it as a new spiritual discipline.

I handpicked each of these bible studies for the spiritual growth of the faithful female. From John Stott to Lysa Terkeurst, each of these authors has a wide-based knowledge of the Bible and God’s truth. Now the question is, which one will you pick first?
