
Hangry is never a state I like to be in.
The moment my insides start churning and giving me that achy feeling that I need to satiate the gremlin that is my stomach, I know it’s snack time. Many people can go hours and hours without a snack or a meal and be completely content, however I am not that person. I find I eat better at meal time if I snack, because the hunger pangs have subsided so I don’t feel the need to eat everything in sight.
Snacks satiate me til the next meal.
I’m kind of a big fan of them.
Here are a few of my favorite healthy snack picks for when hangry strikes:

Almond Nut Thins • Beet Chips • Multigrain Tortilla Chips
Sea Salt & White Cheddar Popcorn
I love to mix up my snack routine as much as possible, so I don’t grow tired of eating the same old same old. Don’t get into a snack rut, try my favorite snacks and see for yourself that healthful doesn’t have to compromise flavorful.
