2017: A Year In Review

 

2017 was quite the year.

It definitely had its share of ups and downs, but looking back introspectively I think it was one of my best year’s yet. I swear the 20s just get better and better with time.

But here is a look back at one of my favorite years of adventures, growth, and God’s faithfulness.
Here’s to the year 2017!

 

January-April 2017

February – PA Day on the Hill in Nashville, TN
March – My best friends from college surprised me in Knoxville &
Easter festivities with Carrot Cake trifle on my friend’s farm
April – Celebrated my 24th birthday with brunch surrounded by friends

May-August 2017

May – survived 3rd quarter of PA school, one of the hardest quarters to date
June – Family vacation in Keystone Resort, CO
July – Became a Brand Ambassador for Health Warrior &
Attended my first RAM clinic
August – Bought my first car, Lola, a 2015 Honda CR-V (RIP Angus, the Buick LeSabre)

September-December 2017

September – One of my best friends from my college Freshman hall got ENGAGED &
Began my final quarter of didactic in PA school
October – Started dating for the first time
November – 2nd Annual F•R•I•E•N•D•Sgiving
December – Said Goodbye to our 14-year old family dog, Cooper &
Earned my White Coat &
Hiked Part of the Great Smoky Mountains in Cades Cove &
Went to PA Prom (aka our PA cohort’s formal) &
Celebrated Christmas in Charleston, SC with family
