For centuries, apple cider vinegar has been used for medicinal and culinary purposes. But as more and more research comes out about it’s incredible health benefits, it’s gaining popularity in the health and wellness market.

(Let me preface this by saying that I am not an expert in supplements. I am however a Physician Assistant, and I believe in the power of natural remedies just as much as pharmaceuticals. This blogpost however is not to try and persuade you to use ACV Gummies in place of evidence-based medicine for your hypertension, diabetes, or high cholesterol.
