I blinked and July was over! Anyone else feel that way? I also feel like nothing really happened this month of consequence, but I can’t shortchange this month just because I didn’t travel or do big, bold things. We are all learning and unlearning. Give yourself some grace if you find yourself feeling the same feelings about this past month. Take it one day at a time, friend!

ONE FEAR I CONQUERED
Going to the pool. It may sound small, but amidst COVID, I’ve been quite terrified of being in public places. At work it’s different. Everyone is wearing a mask, there is plenty of hand sanitizer at your disposal. But I’ve gone twice this month and both times it felt like the most refreshing and life-giving thing I could have done.

FITNESS UPDATE
This month, I started the Autumn All Year Challenge on Beachbody! It’s July 27th, 2020 through August 1st, 2021. So basically an entire year of workouts created by Autumn Calabrese, my favorite Beachbody fitness instructor. I wouldn’t normally share something like this, but I’m really excited for this commitment I’ve made to myself and my fitness. Right now, I’m doing 21 Day Fix Real Time for like the 3rd time, and loving it! I’ll try to keep you guys updated as much as I can, I just don’t want to overwhelm your feeds with posts that scream “hey, look what I did!”. My aim in sharing is always to encourage, never to shame. Looking forward to seeing the (hopeful) transformation! Not weighing myself before and after, because I think that’s a terrible barometer for health. How I feel energy wise and my overall confidence is a much better gauge in my mind!
