Four key elements are all you need to decorate your front door for fall. You don’t have to spend a fortune to create a welcoming entrance to your home or apartment either. Just a few simple elements can create a masterful entrance. Here are some of my top picks for each category, now get to zhuzhing!

3. Plants
Mums are a great, cost-effective option to bring color into your front door space. And they are often readily available at the grocery store. If you are wanting to achieve a more neutral look, they do have white mums but they may be more difficult to come by. Also, hay bales are great for layering and adding depth. Ornamental kale (and other potted ornamental grasses) would be beautiful for texture.
4. Gourds
Every fall front door needs a couple pumpkins! Whether they’re big or small, large or tall, all you need are a few pumpkins to help bring the space together and create the look you’re after. I love Cinderella pumpkins and white pumpkins because they add a whimsical dreaminess to the aesthetic. Add color or keep it neutral. This is the fun pièce de résistance!
